Ingredients

  • Ice cubes, for shaker

  • 2 ounces good-quality gin

  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 3/4 oz honey simple syrup

  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Preparation

Make ahead:


Honey simple syrup - heat ​ 1/4 cup Gees Bees Wildflower Honey and 1/4 cup water in a small saucepan until dissolved. Let cool


Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup.

  2. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, until well combined and chilled.

  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
