Do we need to collect orders or payments?
No. Supporters order and pay online through your team link.
Can we sell door-to-door or at community events?
Most teams prefer the online pre-sale because it’s simpler (no cash, no tracking) but you can spread the word about the fundraiser any way you'd like.
How do we get our custom label?
We create it for you. Share your team name and logo (if you have one), plus any short message you’d like included.
Is there a minimum number of jars?
No strict minimum. Many teams set a goal and promote the fundraiser during the 3-week window.
When do we receive the fundraiser money?
After the pre-sale closes and totals are finalized, we confirm the team payout amount.
