  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves

  • 1 kiwi, peeled and roughly chopped

  • 1 small apple, roughly chopped (about 1/2 cup)

  • 1-2 teaspoons Gees Bees Wildflower Honey or Linden Honey

  • Sprigs of mint (optional)

  • Splash of lime (optional)

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 3-4 ice cubes


Step 1
