1 baguette, sliced into ½ inch thick pieces
1/4 cup olive oil
2 pears, sliced thinly
8 oz brie cheese, sliced
1/4 cup Wildflower Honey
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Brush each baguette slice with olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
While the baguette slices are toasting, slice the pears and brie.
Once the baguette slices are toasted, place a slice of brie on each one.
Top the brie with a few slices of pear.
Drizzle honey over each crostini.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the crostini back in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the brie is melted.
Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
