100% Pure Canadian Raspberry Blossom Honey

Bees produce Raspberry Blossom Honey from the nectar of raspberry flowers

Canadian raspberry brambles bloom in late June. The sweet nectar from the white raspberry flowers are very attractive to the honeybees that pollinate them.  In exchange for sweet nectar, the flowers are pollinated by the bees and turn into raspberries.  The honey the bees produce is smooth, thick, light amber honey.

Raspberry Blossom Honey is a thick, smooth light amber honey, with notes of caramel, marshmallow and fruit.

Pairings

Raspberry honey pairs nicely with mascarpone or cream cheese, or drizzled over vanilla ice cream with fresh berries.  Sweeten a summer cocktail or freshly squeezed lemonade.
