Made by bees from the nectar of raspberry blossoms
Raspberry Blossom Honey
The Raspberry brambles of Nova Scotia bloom in mid summer with white flowers that are very attractive to bees. In exchange for sweet nectar, the flowers are pollinated by the bees and turn into raspberries.
Raspberry bloom honey is a thick, smooth light amber honey, with notes of caramel, marshmallow and fruit.
Raspberry honey pairs nicely with mascarpone or cream cheese, or drizzled over vanilla ice cream with fresh berries. Sweeten a summer cocktail or freshly squeezed lemonade.
Product of Nova Scotia.
